Examples of what may not be eaten:
Pig meat
The flesh, organs, eggs and milk of the forbidden animals
Shellfish such as lobsters, oysters, shrimp, clams and crabs
Fish may not be eaten with meat
Meat (the flesh of birds and mammals) cannot be eaten with dairy (Ex. 34:26 & Ex. 23:19)
Grape products made by non-Jews may not be eaten
Utensils that have come into contact with meat may not be used with dairy, and vice versa. Utensils that have come into
contact with non-kosher food may not be used with kosher food.
Not to slaughter an animal and its young on the same day (Lev. 22:28) (CCN108).
Not to take the mother-bird with the young (Deut. 22:6) (CCN189).
Not to boil meat with milk (Ex. 23:19) (CCN91). HAMBURGER HELPER?
Not to eat or drink like a glutton or a drunkard (not to rebel against father or mother)

Not to wear garments made of wool and linen mixed together (Deut. 22:11) (CCN181).
That the minister shall put on priestly vestments for the service (Ex. 28:2) (affirmative).
That the minister shall not enter the Sanctuary at times when he is not performing service (Lev. 16:2) (negative).
The minister is not to defile themselves for their deceased relatives (by attending their burial), and mourn for them like
others (Lev. 21:3) (CCA59).
That a minister shall not defile himself by being in the presence of any dead, even if they are relatives (Lev. 21:11)
That a minister shall not go (under the same roof) with a dead body (Lev. 21:11) It has been learnt by tradition that a
kohein, who does so, violates the prohibition, "Neither shall he go in ", and also the prohibition "He shall not defile

That a person with a physical blemish shall not serve (in the Sanctuary) (Lev. 21:17) (negative).
That a minister with a temporary blemish shall not serve there (Lev. 21:21) (negative).
That a person with a physical blemish shall not enter the Sanctuary further than the altar (Lev. 21:23) (negative).
That a minister who is unclean shall not enter the outside temple grounds (Num. 5:2-3)
This refers to the Camp of the Shechinah (negative). See Kohein.
That one not a descendant of ministers shall not serve (in the Sanctuary) (Num. 18:4-7) (negative).
That no one in the family of ministers shall take any own any land (Deut. 18:1) (negative). HOW
MANY CHURCHES WOULD THAT CLOSE?
To tithe cattle (Lev. 27:32) (affirmative).
Not to sell the tithe of the heard (Lev. 27:32-33) (negative).
To give the ministers the due portions of the carcass of cattle (Deut. 18:3)
(according to the Talmud, this is not mandatory in the present outside of Israel, but it is permissible,

That the Court of Judgment shall offer up a sacrifice if they have erred in a judicial pronouncement (Lev. 4:13)

To offer a sacrifice of varying value in accordance with one's means (Lev. 5:7) (affirmative).
Not to curse a ruler, that is, the King or the head of the College in the land of Israel (Ex. 22:27) (negative).
