How many members of the Body of Christ can identify which of these are
pictures of wheat and which are grass and/or weeds?

Who planted the seed?  The head over the field (Jesus)
Who planted the weeds?  The enemy of the head over the field (satan)
Who came telling the planter about all of the problemous weeds?  A servant (notice: it was not unbelievers)
What did the servant want to do to the weeds?  Pick them out
What did the planter want to do?  Let the weeds grow
Why?  To not take any chances of removing any wheat
When will the weeds be removed and separated from the wheat?  Harvest-time
What is different about harvest-time than during the growing season?  Differences are recognizable
Does this mean that the differences aren’t necessarily recognizable to experienced
caretakers during growing season?
Reminder: who is the harvester?  Same as above, Jesus.
Even if others help; the harvester judges not the helpers
Who is the harvester?  Jesus

The Parable of the Weeds (New International Version)
Luke 3:16-17 (KJV)

16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he will baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:

17 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.
Matthew 13:24-29

24 Jesus told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field.

25 But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away.

26 When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.

27 "The owner's servants came to him and said, 'Sir, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?'

28 " 'An enemy did this,' he replied.
"The servants asked him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up?'

29 " 'No,' he answered, 'because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them. 30Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.' "
Wheat is recognizable when in full bloom
To separate the wheat from the weeds the fruit is separated from the stems (thrashed)

There is one primary reason people end up on the street
At least half and probably 80% or more because they can not handle being rejected any more.

In order to get to this point
They have to have tried to succeed in several ways
They have to have put themselves to several tests to succeed
They have to have had great ambitions and faith in success
They have to have trusted people who appeared to assure success
They have to have applied all of themselves to try for success

Once at this point
It is difficult to trust anyone any more
It is difficult to believe in faith any more
It is difficult to have any goal to succeed at any more
It is easier to beg of others than try to obtain respect
It is easier to believe that others who can not help you are on their way to following
your situation rather than succeeding themselves
It is easy to believe that simply surviving is more successful than trying to succeed as
part of society
It is easy to believe that God is no less a rejecter of people from society than those
who claim to know God

Success or failure is a matter of attitude
This is why Jesus chose to never condemn anyone
By condemning we fail to be a witness of the gospel
Because we do not use faith to build the Kingdom of God in condemning
Condemnation is the ultimate goal of fear, doubt and unbelief

Whereas faith opens doors for others (regardless and in spite of doubts we may have)
Condemnation closes doors and removed opportunities
Condemnation criticizes causing those who would succeed to fail
Condemnation fertilizes the anti-God sickness of our heart
(condemned and condemner)
Condemnation only serves the purpose of evil
Condemnation is rejection that can not be overcome as long as God’s presence has
been limited to people’s willingness to be God’s hands in this world.
There are many kinds of wheat just as there are a variety of members in the body of Christ

Romans 12
4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

Revelation 22
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that hears say, Come. And let him that is thirsty come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
18  For I testify unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book (Bible/gospel), If any man will add unto these things, God will add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19  And if any man will take away from the words of the book (Bible/gospel) of this prophecy, God will take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
20  He which testifies these things says, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
21  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

People condemn themselves and do not have any need for anyone else to condemn them, especially for organized groups to condemn them.  The Godly Christian is not to condemn.

So the next time you are prompted to withhold
God’s love
The blessings of God
The ability to participate
in worship
in service
in witnessing
in higher church involvement
with family and friends
in employment
in society (legal, living, memberships, etc.)
Think twice, because whatever is implied by your actions may come back on you
Do unto others . . .
Your sins will find you out
Every discouragement you place before others is another reason for God to
withhold His blessings from you
Excluding anyone, no matter how poor or confused or different is the epitome of
condemnation of both the excluded and yourself

If God meant for anyone to be excluded He would not have said
Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (invite everyone)
Mark 16
15 And he said unto them, Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Romans 3
19  Now we know that what things soever the law says, it says to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
20  Therefore by the deeds of the law there will no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
21  But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22  Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
23  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
25  Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26  To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believes in Jesus.
27  Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? No: but by the law of faith.
28  Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
29  Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
30  Seeing it is one God, which will justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yes, we establish the law.
God knows that some people must be kept out of higher church involvement
However, it is those who condemn and limit others rather than those who others
condemn or limit who need to be kept out

Jesus is always asking for doors to be opened and says He’ll come into any door that is opened.
It is only the enemy of Christ that leads people to close doors of opportunity to others
involvement and abilities in church and societies (commerce, government, etc.)

There are many kinds of wheat just as there are many kinds of believers, but believers none the less than any other.
Matthew
16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
18:18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Who is condemned?
Anyone who can not overcome those who condemn
People are dependant on people to express God’s love and abilities to be inviting and accepting in this world
Anyone whose actions or implications cause anyone else to be condemned
This is called adding to and taking away from the gospel in scripture
