Perhaps they’re possessed by devils; trying to worship God like that? 43,000 gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender (GLBT) people and their supporters sustain 300 churches of their own denomination every week. Thousands more attend independent churches organized by GLBT people of evangelical denominations such as Baptist and Charismatic. Could it be that the devil is making them do it? While traditional Christians are drawing lines in the sand, daring GLBT people to cross their pristine threshold, these churches are thriving and growing by reaching “whosoever will”.

So much so that it is popular to bring down anyone who builds a reputable life but exerts any interest in non-demeaning discussion of homosexuality.
Could homosexual faith be a passing fad at nearly 40 years? The Cathedral of Hope is the largest GLBT church with 4,000 members. In Dallas, Texas it is 36 years old and was recently inducted to become nearly the largest in the United Church of Christ. Are these
It doesn’t mean that GLBT people are more faithful to God than anybody else. But could it be that critical traditional believers missed the ark when non-traditionalists got Jesus? Rather than embrace Reverend Elder Troy Perry when he started the first
Crimson red accusations and turmoil stain the hands of churches that are preaching messages of gloom and doom against
churches just getting by? Far from it, GLBT churches are more than surviving. They are thriving because they see the need and heed the call to unconditional love where traditionalists dare to tread.
